Farsmart Co., Ltd. was founded in 1988, the era that Taiwan’s textile dyeing & finishing industry was booming. To answer to the needs of customers, Farsmart began the business by sales & marketing dyes and auxiliaries from Europe and Japan.

1993, in responding to the development of DWR for textile industry, Farsmart introduced UNIDYNE “water & oil repellent auxiliary for textile”, produced by DAIKIN INDUSTRIES. By the time, Farsmart was also authorized to be the agent for the products of UNINDYNE in Taiwan and Southeast Asia.

It has come to about thirty- five years for our sales and technical service. Farsmart not only acquires quite a big market share in textiles dyeing & finishing industry, but also acquires the fully support and approval from customers.

From 2004, in order to provide customers with more functional chemicals, not only for textile industry. Farsmart has also branched out our service into electronics, construction, paper, leather, and industrial materials. Especially focus on functional treatments for surface protection.

Farsmart continues to acquire the agency of DAIKIN and OHARA from Japan, by marketing their chemicals for construction, electronics, and paper industry.

In addition, while we continued introduction more functional chemicals, we also take environmental protection and sustainable into the account. Therefore Farsmart became a bluesign system partner in 2010, considers only materials made with highest quality, and thereby makes an effort in safeguarding with our planet.

Farsmart Time Line

Farsmart Co., Ltd. was founded.
1993

Farsmart was authorized to be the agency of DAIKIN UNINDYNE products in Taiwan and Southeast Asia.
1996

Established Representative Office in Suzhou China.
2002

Introducing and Marketing of Daikin ZEFFLE GK resin.
2006

Farsmart was authorized to be the agent for the products of the OHARA PARAGIUM CHEMICAL CO., LTD in Taiwan.
2010

Expanding anti-fouling (AF) agents for the electronics industry.
2011

Moved to the current location, expanding our lab functionality, join the bluesign system partner.
2017

Introducing BIO based anti- antimicrobials materials.
2018

Established Representative Office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
