Silicon Release Agent

FARGUARD RS series product use the modified silicon as the main body. The formula design is based on comprehensive considerations such as providing user with high lubricity, high mold release and reducing mold scale accumulation.

RS series product are roughly divided into two major application fields: reactive type and general type. The reactive type is mainly aimed at materials that require secondary processing and can be applied to carbon fiber cloth materials, epoxy resins, polyurethane resins, various rubbers, EVA composite materials and other plastic resins.

By using RS series product, applied on epoxy resin and other types of moldings, can provide relatively better mold release performance, and can obtain uniform thermosetting resin moldings without cracks, voids, and missing corners.
